What was the highlight of Hotel Hana
Sadly disappointing, we asked and paid a premium for a room with a balcony, sadly never happenned
The hotel was in a good location and was clean
On arrival I was told that the room that we booked did not have a balcony which was part of my booking, I was informed that they would look the next day to see if they could move us no one ever got back to me. The bath/shower mixer tap was broken and they were unable to fix it.
